Moody Fund for the Arts

The Moody Fund for the Arts supports the mission and projects of small, mid-sized, and emerging arts nonprofit organizations in the city of Dallas. Annual grants allow new energy, fresh ideas, and creative risk-taking to expand and strengthen the local cultural ecosystem.

About the Moody Fund

The fund awards grants to applicants with the most promising cultural projects, which can range from the premiere of a new work to giving voice to historically marginalized communities — but it will also fund general program and operating costs.

Since its inception in 2017, the fund has awarded 428 grants totaling $2,825,000, to 106 Dallas arts organizations. The Moody Fund for the Arts is administered by a team at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in collaboration with the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture.

For the 2026 grant cycle, applications will be accepted online from noon Monday, January 26, 2026 through noon Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
