Take time to pause, breathe, and move with intention in this gentle flow yoga class. Designed for all experience levels, this session blends mindful breathing with slow, accessible stretches to help you feel grounded, centered, and refreshed.
Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Bio:
Jazmin Robles is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher. With a personal practice since 2019, she completed her training Fall of 2023. Her teaching approach focuses on aligning breath with movement to enhance physical and mental clarity, as well as highlighting the importance of movement and stillness. She believes in creating a supportive and safe environment where students can explore their practice and meet themselves where they are at in the moment. She aims to inspire others to cultivate resilience and inner peace on and off the mat.
