Known for combining contemporary and urban dance movements, capoeira, and martial arts with powerful imagery and gravity-defying choreography, TITAS welcomes Cie Hervé Koubi back to Dallas and is excited to offer a free master class with the company’s co-founder, Guillaume Gabriel.
During the class, Guillaume will lead participants through the vocabulary and aesthetic of Koubi’s work, covering fundamental principles of urban and contemporary dance. Dancers will practice their quality of movement, balance, fluidity, weightedness, and ability to work through challenges, learning an excerpt from the company’s repertory along the way. Level: Intermediate/Advanced ages 12+
