Six Shows Announce Onsale at the AT&T Performing Arts Center

(DALLAS) – Today, AT&T Performing Arts Center announces six shows hitting AT&T Performing Arts Center stages. Cat Kid Comic Club: The Musical will be at the Majestic Theater on February 3, 2024, while Hasan Minhaj: Off With His Head, The Simon & Garfunkel Story, Jon Batiste: UNEASY Tour, Herbie Hancock, and An Evening with Bernadette Peters will all grace the stage of the Winspear Opera House on their respective dates listed below.

Cat Kid Comic Club: The Musical follows Cat Kid and Molly Pollywog as they have started an epic club to teach 21 rambunctious baby frogs how to make their own comics! Their fishy father Flippy is overjoyed that his kids will learn to unleash their creativity, but when the frogs’ constant bickering and outrageous imaginations send their comics comically off the rails, Flippy flips out! Will the club survive? Will the frogs ever get along? And will creativity finally save the day? All will be answered in this madcap musical based on Dav Pilkey’s irreverently hilarious book series.

Hasan Minhaj is set to entertain audiences once again with his brand-new show, Hasan Minhaj: Off With His Head on January 20, 2024 at the Winspear Opera House. As one of the most vital voices in comedy today, Minhaj continues to take on challenging themes like politics, parenting, and therapy with irreverent wit and insight. Show is for ages 13+. This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space.

The Simon & Garfunkel Story is an immersive concert-style theater show that chronicles the amazing journey shared by the folk-rock duo, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. Presenting at the Winspear Opera House on March 24, 2024, it tells the story from their humble beginnings as Tom & Jerry to their incredible success as one of the best-selling music groups of the ‘60’s to their dramatic split in 1970. It culminates with the famous “The Concert in Central Park” reunion in 1981 with more than half a million fans in attendance.

Multi-GRAMMY® and Oscar® winner Jon Batiste is set to perform at the Winspear Opera House on March 26, 2024. On the heels of Batiste’s six 2024 Grammy® nominations including album of the year, record of the year, and song of the year on behalf of his critically acclaimed album World Music Radio, out now, UNEASY Tour: Purifying The Airwaves For The People is Batiste’s first-ever headlining tour. World Music Radio invites the world to experience the marriage of hard-hitting pop songs to a rich tapestry of international sounds, with Batiste collaborating with a diverse range of global talents including Lil Wayne, Lana Del Rey, Kenny G, Fireboy DML, J.I.D, Camilo, NewJeans and more. The album received critical acclaim upon its release.

Herbie Hancock is a true icon of modern music. He breezes through the Winspear Opera House on April 8, 2024. Throughout his explorations, he has transcended limitations and genres while maintaining his unmistakable voice. With an illustrious career spanning five decades and 14 Grammy® Awards, including Album of the Year for River: The Joni Letters, he continues to amaze audiences across the globe.

Bernadette Peters, Broadway’s brightest star, in an evening of song from the Broadway shows she’s received accolades for, as well as from all her Grammy Award winning and nominated albums including standards, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, among others. A glamorous evening as only Bernadette Peters can do. She will hit the Winspear Opera House stage, April 11, 2024.
