Through a range of donor- and sponsor-supported programs each year, our community programs help ensure access to the arts for all Dallas residents.
Free community events
Experience the community, the culture of the Dallas Arts District and enjoy free Center programming with friends and family at our regularly occurring free events. Our calendar is full with outings for every taste, including:

ArtsBridge — Powered by Toyota
ArtsBridge – Powered by Toyota connects West Dallas residents with cultural experiences, both within their community and at the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
ArtsBridge South Dallas
The Center is forging partnerships in and around South Dallas with partners such as Jubilee Park Community Center, Forest Forward, and Martin Luther King Jr. Arts Academy. These programs ensure that Dallas continues to be a vibrant, thriving community for all.

Elevator Project
Through this performance platform, the Center supports small, emerging and historically marginalized arts organizations and artists to entertain and challenge our community in significant ways.
The initiative has evolved into an exciting, curated season of work across genres, with the projects chosen through a competitive process by a panel of arts professionals and advocates.
Student rush
Students can get two discounted rush tickets for select shows — if purchased day-of at the box office and get the best seating available!

Public Works Dallas
This groundbreaking community engagement and participatory theater project is produced by Dallas Theater Center in collaboration with Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts and AT&T Performing Arts Center.
